Jeff Stoolman
PresidentJeff Stoolman is the President and founder of IronHawk Compliance & Integrity, with over 20 years of experience in EHS and regulatory compliance. A Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Jeff has held senior leadership roles at Prime Energy Services, American Midstream, and Enterprise Products. His career spans from hands-on pipeline work to executive leadership, giving him a unique perspective on both field operations and strategy. At IronHawk, he leads clients with integrity, building safer, compliant, and more resilient organizations.
Ron Whitaker
Vice PresidentRon Whitaker, Vice President and co-founder of IronHawk Compliance & Integrity, brings 35+ years of oil and gas expertise to the team. His career spans pipeline maintenance, operations, control, and supervision, along with over 20 years in training and workforce development. He has led initiatives in emergency response, hazardous materials handling, regulatory audits, and pipeline safety. At IronHawk, Ron combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for mentorship, helping clients strengthen compliance, build safer operations, and develop resilient safety cultures.
Katie Stoolman
Director, OperationsKatie Stoolman is the Director of Operations at IronHawk Compliance & Integrity, with over a decade of experience supporting the administrative, financial, and HR functions of EHS and regulatory consulting organizations. With a background in accounting and operations, she helps keep complex consulting environments organized, compliant, and efficient. At IronHawk, Katie strengthens internal processes, supports employees, and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly so technical teams can focus on delivering high-quality results for clients.
Wally McGaughey Jr.
Manager, Regulatory Compliance and IntegrityWally McGaughey Jr. is IronHawk’s Regulatory Compliance and Integrity Manager, with decades of experience shaping and enforcing pipeline safety programs. A former PHMSA Course Manager and Inspector Instructor, he has helped develop inspection protocols, regulatory guidance, and training used across the industry, while leading audits and compliance initiatives for regulated pipeline operators.
