Jeff Stoolman

President

Jeff Stoolman is the President and founder of IronHawk Compliance and Integrity, with over 20 years of experience in EHS and regulatory compliance. A Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Jeff has held senior leadership roles at Prime Energy Services, American Midstream, and Enterprise Products.
His career spans from hands-on pipeline work to executive leadership, giving him a unique perspective on both field operations and strategy. At IronHawk, he leads clients with integrity, building safer, compliant, and more resilient organizations.

Ron Whitaker

Vice President

Ron Whitaker, Vice President and co-founder of IronHawk Compliance and Integrity, brings 35+ years of oil and gas expertise to the team. His career spans pipeline maintenance, operations, control, and supervision, along with over 20 years in training and workforce development.
He has led initiatives in emergency response, hazardous materials handling, regulatory audits, and pipeline safety.
At IronHawk, Ron combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for mentorship, helping clients strengthen compliance, build safer operations, and develop resilient safety cultures.
